“My dreams are not random stories. They are sacred spaces where I live, learn, and create.”
Lucid dreaming changed my life. It’s not just something that happens to me — it’s a spiritual practice. A ritual. A conscious journey where I step into my own dream world, ask questions, receive messages, and feel more alive than I often do when I’m awake.
In this post, I’ll share how I lucid dream with intention, how I created my sacred dream realm Virema Serelya, and how you can begin to consciously enter your own dream world, too.
✧ My Story: How I Began Guiding My Dreams
I used to lucid dream naturally as a child — slipping into magical worlds where I could fly, create, and explore freely. But as I grew older, life became louder, and those dreams faded into the background. I stopped remembering. I stopped guiding.
But something in me always remembered.
About a year ago, I felt the pull to reconnect. I started journaling again. Visualizing. Practicing reality checks. Slowly… I returned.
Some nights it works, other nights it doesn’t — but when it does, it feels like coming home. I now guide my dreams with intention, meet symbols from my subconscious, and even visit a sacred place I created:
🌊 A glowing lake, soft sand, a quiet stone castle, and a warm, forested sky.
My dreams have become more than dreams. They are messages. Reminders.
And every time I return, I remember: This is my realm.
✧ What Is Lucid Dreaming?
Lucid dreaming means becoming aware that you’re dreaming while still inside the dream. You can:
- Take control of what happens
- Ask your subconscious or spiritual guides for clarity
- Explore hidden fears and heal old wounds
- Manifest experiences and energy in a safe, symbolic space
Lucid dreams are more than just fun — they’re portals to deep connection, spiritual growth, and intuitive power.
✧ My Lucid Dream Ritual Before Sleep
Every night, I spend a few intentional minutes preparing to enter my dream world. Here’s what I do:
- I wear my dream rings:
One on my left hand (Realm ring for creative flow), and one on my right (Soulring for clarity). I close my eyes and say:
“Tonight, I enter my dream world with awareness. I return to my sacred space.” - I repeat my intention softly in bed:
“I know when I’m dreaming. I become aware. I choose what happens.” - I do a short scripting exercise in my journal:
Example:
“I’m walking along the dream lake. The moon reflects on the water. I approach the castle and meet a guide who gives me a message.” - Breathwork to ground my energy:
I breathe in for 4 counts… hold… exhale for 4 counts. My body relaxes. My energy aligns.
✧ How I Know I’m Dreaming (Lucid Activation Tricks)
Once I’m in a dream, these are the techniques I use to recognize I’m dreaming and stay lucid:
Spin in place
Gently turning your body in the dream helps re-stabilize and sharpen awareness.
Rub your hands together
Rubbing your palms creates sensory input. It keeps the dream vivid and prevents waking up.
Speak your awareness
Say out loud: “I’m dreaming. I am in control.” This locks in lucidity.
✧ How to Train Yourself to Lucid Dream
Here are techniques that helped me become more consistent:
1. WBTB Method (Wake Back to Bed)
- Set an alarm 5–6 hours after you fall asleep
- Stay awake for 10–20 minutes, journal or read about dreaming
- Go back to sleep with the intention: “I become aware in my dream”
This places you in REM sleep with higher lucidity potential.
2. Keep a Dream Journal
- Write down anything you remember, even just symbols or colors
- Title each dream, note emotions, settings, people
- This strengthens memory and makes your subconscious more alert
3. MILD Technique
Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams:
- Repeat before sleep: “The next time I’m dreaming, I’ll know I’m dreaming.”
- Visualize yourself doing a reality check inside a dream
✧ Reality Checks (To Build Dream Awareness)
Start doing these checks throughout your day — your brain will eventually do them in dreams too:
- Clock Check: Look at a clock twice. In dreams, time often glitches or changes.
- Hand Check: Look at your hands. Extra fingers or blurry edges = you’re dreaming.
- Nose Test: Pinch your nose shut and try to breathe. If you can breathe, you’re in a dream.
The more often you do this while awake, the more likely you’ll do it in a dream.
✧ Why Lucid Dreaming Is So Powerful
Because your soul speaks when your ego sleeps.
In dreams, there’s no mask, no pressure, no filter. You get to experience your energy directly. You can receive signs, connect to inner guidance, and experience healing that’s hard to access consciously.
